When we sent out our newsletter 2 days ago to our email subscribers entitled “Climatemakers and the Internet Age”, we had no idea how soon we would be pressed to prove the claims of the newsletter.
Since 1:00 PM today (Thurs 6/28), all of Climatemakers telephone land lines have been immobilized by a power failure of serious proportions by Verizon Communications and many of our customers. At this writing, no concrete projection is obtainable as to when services will be restored.
At the moment, our only communication with our customers is via email. Service calls can be received by emailing your service request to comfort@climatemakers.com . Our cell phones ARE working; our service base phones are working and our service technicians are working. Your email will be acknowledged and a service technician can be dispatched in accordance with our usual procedures.
We regret any inconvenience caused by the cable failure but our recognized ability to respond to even emergencies of this proportion is one of the reasons Climatemakers is the “HVAC Contractor of Choice” for so many thousands of people each year.
