Maybe… A Plan “B”?
Maybe… our substantial seasonal discount (up to 40%) currently in effect until the end of Oct isn’t a good enough reason to persuade you to have your heating system prepared for the winter with our famous 32 point “tune up-check up” (see details by clicking here) or…
Maybe… you’re a “born optimist” and think that it will be a mild winter or…
Maybe… you’re one of those people that think heating systems only fail in the summertime…not in the winter when most needed or...
Maybe… you’re one of the dwindling number of skeptics left, that profess to believe that the suggestion of having seasonal maintenance performed on HVAC equipment is a scam. That it fraudulently costs victims hundreds of $$$$...requires many unnecessary repairs, and results in the replacement of heating systems much sooner than necessary. (Our minister use to call this “pocketbook protection”, then…
Maybe…just maybe… if you fall into any of these 4 categories, you just might want to file the following information in your Plan “B” folder…just in case you’re wrong! That even though you were not prudent enough to have your system checked out and tuned up before winter, that Climatemakers still offers the following services for people just like you:
| |
1. |
Service In Hours Not Days. If your HVAC system does fail, there is no need to panic. Most of the time (especially if you have a service agreement with us) we’ll have the system up and running in a matter of hours from the time you call. |
| |
|
|
| |
2. |
Flat Rate Service. It’s crazy, but true. Companies who "charge by the hour" make more money with low skilled repairmen because they take more time to complete the job and pay their employees less. With our flat rate service, you pay only a predetermined, low flat rate, and you know what it is before we start work. |
| |
|
|
| |
3. |
Problems Corrected. We don’t just replace parts until your HVAC system starts running again. Our technicians have continuous, advanced training, using the latest diagnostic tools, to find the real problem, quickly. |
| |
|
|
| |
4. |
Saturday Service. Even if your HVAC system breaks on Saturday, that’s no problem. We’ll get it fixed at regular rates, NO OVERTIME. |
| |
|
|
| |
5. |
Climatemakers’s Technicians are drug free, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and neat. |
| |
|
|
| |
6. |
One Day Replacement. If you want to replace your old furnace, heat pump or air conditioner, we can usually install a new one in one day. So, you don’t have to go nights and days without heating or cooling. |
| |
|
|
| |
7. |
Cleanliness. Our installers wear floor savers on their shoes; use drop cloths and runners; and vacuum after they are finished. |
| |
|
|
| |
8. |
We’re Family Owned. Unlike like the “Big Box” stores of national chains, department stores and discount marts that sell HVAC equipment at a low price and then hire sub-contractors who can install it the cheapest way…even if they have to cut corners on installations. |
| |
|
|
| |
9. |
Performance Guarantee. Your HVAC system is guaranteed to provide specific inside temperatures at specific outdoor temperatures. |
| |
|
|
| |
10. |
Energy Savings. Only about 35-50% of your annual energy cost is a result of the brand of equipment you select. The balance is from proper design and installation. That’s why we have long maintained “that the poorest equipment made…properly installed, is better than the best equipment made, improperly installed”. |
| |
|
|
| |
11. |
Expert Information. One of our knowledgeable “indoor air consultants” will perform a complete sizing and load analysis of your home and design especially for you, a custom installation at no cost or obligation. |
| |
|
|
| |
12. |
Friendly To Environment. We reclaim and/or recycle materials and parts to reduce waste and environmental damage. |
| |
|
|
| |
13. |
No Pricing Mystery. Our flat rate service books enable you to see the cost of a repair before the work begins. No need for us to play the "hide the numbers" game. |
| |
|
|
| |
14. |
Superior Warranty. Your job doesn’t end with the installation. You get an unconditional guarantee for one year (some parts more) that your new installation will be free from defective materials and/or labor. |
| |
|
|
| |
15. |
Extended Warranties. Most new installations have as an option, extended warranties that can protect you against the cost of defective parts and labor for periods up to 10 years. |
| |
|
|
| |
16. |
To minimize service costs. Our mobile warehouses carry over 1,000 parts and supplies. Having been in the HVAC business for over a half century, we’ve seen nearly every kind of problem imaginable in that time and probably have the exact part you need right on the truck. |
| |
|
|
| |

2nd NOTICE:
With gasoline prices hovering around $3/gal all summer, and some predictions of oil reaching $100/barrel by year’s end, you can count on it, that heating costs this winter are likely to be higher than ever before…and even though it’s still August…and hot!...a casual glance at the calendar tells us that summer's winding down…that the cold days of winter are right around the corner.
Labor Day is now less than 2 weeks away…with the inevitable end of vacations, back to school days and the end of Daylight Saving Time. All of which should serve as a reminder to us (and you) that it’s time to have your heating system prepared for winter, to minimize as much as possible, the inevitable increase in energy costs that will be required to keep you and your family warm this winter.
Our last newsletter was the “kickoff” for our strictly enforced, "early seasonal discount" season (Sept. 1st – Oct. 31st) in which we offer substantial discounts to perform this essential service for our customers.
As we said before, PURELY, SELFISH REASONS motivates us to give away so much money (and we hate it!) but to date, we haven't been able to devise any other plan that provides us the time necessary to properly prepare the heating systems for the hundreds of our customers who depend on us each year for this important service.
However, this does make (for both of us), a "win-win" situation. We win by getting you to order early (and can do more jobs)...you win, if you order early by getting a $135 value for a lot less money (and you can save even more if you order on line) as you join hundreds of others who every winter, make Climatemakers their contractor of choice for this important service.
As always, there is a sliding scale of discounts for early registration beginning with a whopping 40% discount for the earliest registration. You can make your on line reservations by clicking here . You can also see specific definitions of each of the 32 points we check and see this sliding scale of discounts by clicking here.
The cost of the "check-up/tune-up" is a small price to pay for superior equipment performance that result in lower energy bills and extended life performance. Remember, THE MAJOR CAUSE OF EQUIPMENT FAILURE IS INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE.
