I WORK FOR CLIMATEMAKERS
Because my supervisor takes time to listen to me. Right or
wrong, I can express my opinion. This gives me the opportunity
to learn from my mistakes so that when I learn the correct
way to do things, I won’t repeat that mistake in the
future.
Climatemakers’s continuous education…in the field…on
the phone with the service manager...in a class room with
a factory representative, the opportunity is there for all
employees to sharpen their skills…learn new ones. I’m
learning people skills (sales) so that I can be an even better
technician.
The “Incentive Programs” where I can increase
my wages weekly, monthly, and yearly for just performing the
regular duties that are expected of me.
The equal opportunity of being “Technician of the Month”
based on work performed (not if your supervisor likes you)
and the rewards are great! ($75.00 to purchase tools of my
choice).
Health Insurance and Supplemental Insurance if injured (on
or off the job) for myself AND my family. An IRA so I can
build a nest egg to fall back on when I'm too old to give
great customer service effectively.
A Summer party to show that your sweat and risk of heat stroke
was appreciated…a Christmas party to show that your
frost bite and runny nose was noticed…and the year end
“Cash Service Award” is the best! It not only
made my Christmas complete, but made the long hours, hot
attics, crawl spaces, spiders, mud, and the dispatcher bad
day attitude, all
worthwhile. That's why I work for Climatemakers.
