"Customer Focused" vs. "Service Oriented"

     Many companies profess to be "Service Oriented" and give "Lip Service" to words like "service" and "quality" until the words become almost meaningless. We think our "Mission and Philosophy" says it all.

"Good Service is the only true commodity Climatemakers can offer over and above our competitors. Our mission then is to provide each customer with the assurance that the services they receive far outweigh their investment and that the services we provide are: (1) done right the first time and (2) superior to our competition."

Therefore we try to keep in mind:

  • Customers are the most important people ever in our office...in person...on the phone...by mail...or by e-mail.

  • Customers are not outsiders to our business...they are a vital part of it.

  • Customers are not an interruption of our work...they are the purpose of it.

  • Customers are not cold statistics...they are flesh and blood human beings, with feeling and emotions, just like us.

  • Customers are not dependent on us...we are dependent on them!

  • Customers are not someone to argue or match wits with...nobody ever won an argument with a customer.
