Making The Weather Behave (Inside)"

It starts with good service.  Back in 1953 when Climatemakers was first starting, a service man (they didn't call them technicians in those days), could service almost any heating system with a pair of pliers, a wrench or two, three or four screwdrivers and maybe a test light.

Today's service technicians (and they're technicians in every sense of the word) have the challenging task of having to keep up with all different types of heating and cooling systems. Different brands, some of them using new and changing technology, require experience, advanced training and specialized electronic equipment to quickly and properly diagnose and solve such problems.

Climatemakers provides that experience, training and specialized equipment. Unlike many companies, our service technicians can service nearly any type of residential equipment. They constantly upgrade their skills by attending seminars, schools, training classes, viewing video tapes and reviewing manufacturer's service manuals. Attendance at our weekly service meeting where current problems in the field and the techniques to solve them are discussed, is mandatory.

And Climatemakers reinforces out technicians capabilities by providing computerized service history of a customer's equipment all at the touch of a key.  Our uniformed technicians are computer dispatched, arriving at your home in special designed service vans equipped with two way radio and stocked with hundreds of service parts. This usually means we can fix it right then. Service in hours...not days, running around looking for parts.

Realizing that your home is one of your most valuable assets, we try to treat it like it was our own while we are there.  For example, our service technicians wear shoe covers to protect your carpets and latex gloves to keep your walls and ceilings clean.  Every measure is taken to safeguard your home and keep any disruption to a minimum.

Our many satisfied customers (last year, we completed over 8000 service calls) tell the story...attesting to the fact that we really can "make the weather behave (inside)...365 days of the year".

Our commitment to service...is the of our business
