Unlike "Murphy's Law" which nearly everyone knows that states "if a thing can go wrong, it will... and at the worst possible time" many people choose to ignore "The Law Of Moving Parts" that states "that moving parts someday will wear out and like Murphy's law, will wear out at the worst possible time, leaving you in the cold without heat or in the heat without cold.

Why Fix What Ain't Broke? To Keep It From Breaking!

It has always been difficult for us at Climatemakers to understand why after investing several thousands of dollars in a heating/cooling/ventilating (HVAC) system, homeowners fail to protect their investment with proper maintenance.


We've long ago ruled out the notion that people can't afford routine HVAC maintenance. After all, the best service available costs less than 2 sodas a week! Considering that preventative maintenance normally reduces energy costs between 10-15% through improved operating efficiencies, it's a "no brainer".

It is equally frustrating to realize that education or economic status makes no discernible difference either. Most people have no problem keeping their cars properly serviced; upgrading of computer equipment is almost routine but the sad commentary is that nearly 50% of homeowners elect to ignore the most expensive appliance in their house.


We realize that competition for disposable income is intense but it just doesn't make sense (to us) not to protect what you have already spent your hard earned money for; is so vital to your family's comfort, health and general well being and which would cost you dearly to replace.
